These terms apply to every order placed in the DsignrS webshop at dsignrs.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated: 10 June 2026.
1. Who we are
DsignrS is a trading name of S.M. Digital, established in the Netherlands. You can reach us at support[at]dsignrs.com.
2. Products
All apparel is produced specifically for your order. Colours may differ slightly from what your screen shows. Size guides are available on every product page.
3. Ordering
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are securely processed by PayPal, which supports a range of methods including PayPal, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Blik, EPS, MyBank, Przelewy24, Trustly and Multibanco. The methods you see are selected automatically based on your country, so you are shown only the options available in your region. We never see or store your payment credentials.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs and are payable by you.
6. Returns, exchanges and faulty items
You have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery. Faulty or misprinted items are replaced or refunded free of charge. The full procedure is described in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork and content in this shop are the property of S.M. Digital. Buying a product gives you the right to wear it brilliantly, not to reproduce, resell or commercially exploit the artwork.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Complaints and disputes
Something wrong? Email support[at]dsignrs.com and we will respond within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
