What this site is
dsignrs.com is a curated storefront for wall art, prints and print services. Nothing is sold on this site. Every product links to the retailer that sells it, and some of those links are affiliate links through the Awin and Daisycon networks: if you buy after clicking one, the retailer pays us a commission at no cost to you. Your order, payment and delivery are handled by the retailer under its own privacy policy. We never see your name, address or payment details for a purchase.
What we collect
Language choice. On your first visit we pick the language from your browser settings. If your browser does not name English, Dutch or German, we look up the country of your IP address through GeoJS (geojs.io) and pick the language for that country. Your IP address is sent to GeoJS for that lookup only; we store the resulting country code against a hashed form of the IP for seven days so the lookup is not repeated. Your choice is remembered in a cookie for one year.
Outgoing clicks. When you follow a product or retailer link we count the click for that link. The count is a number per link; it is not tied to you.
Contact form. Your name, email address and message, sent to us so we can answer. The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and may set a short-lived cookie.
Newsletter. Your email address, only if you subscribe, with the date and consent recorded. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Statistics. With your consent we use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. Nothing in this category loads before you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw your choice at any time through the “Manage consent” tab. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie.
Technical. Our host keeps server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and to keep the site running.
Why we may process it
With your consent (statistics, newsletter), to answer a message you send us, and for our legitimate interest in showing the site in your language, keeping it secure, measuring which links are used and being paid for referrals.
Who we share it with
Only what is needed, only to make the site work: Hostinger (hosting and server logs), GeoJS (country lookup of your IP address on a first visit), Google (Google Analytics with your consent, and Search Console), Cloudflare (form protection), MailPoet (sending the newsletter), and the affiliate networks Awin and Daisycon, which record that a click came from dsignrs.com when you follow an affiliate link so the retailer can attribute a purchase. The networks report a commission and an order reference to us, not who you are. Retailers you click through to are independent controllers of the data they collect. Some of these partners process data outside the European Economic Area; those transfers are covered by EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Country lookups for seven days. Contact form messages for up to twelve months. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Analytics data for the retention period set in Google Analytics, at most fourteen months. Server logs for as long as our host keeps them, which is short.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing support[at]dsignrs.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
