A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. This page lists every cookie dsignrs.com uses, what it is for and how long it stays. Last updated: 14 September 2026.
Cookies we set without asking
These are needed for the site to work and are placed on our own domain.
- pll_language: remembers the language you read the site in (English, Dutch or German). One year.
- cmplz_banner-status, cmplz_consented_services, cmplz_functional, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_policy_id: store the choice you made in the cookie banner, so we do not ask again and so nothing loads that you declined. One year.
- wordpress_test_cookie and, only if a page needs one, a WordPress or WooCommerce session cookie: technical cookies that check whether your browser accepts cookies and keep a page working during your visit. Deleted when you close the browser.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: on the contact form only, Cloudflare checks that a real browser is submitting the form and may set a short-lived cookie on its own domain for that check.
Cookies we set only with your consent
Statistics. If you accept statistics in the banner, Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* (two years) to count visits and tell repeat visitors from new ones. IP addresses are truncated and Google signals are off, so the data is not used for advertising profiles. Decline, and the script never loads.
What happens when you click a retailer link
Product and retailer links on this site go through our own redirect and on to the retailer, sometimes via the affiliate networks Awin or Daisycon. dsignrs.com sets no cookie for that. The network or the retailer may set a cookie on its own domain so a later purchase can be attributed to the click; how long it lasts is set by the retailer, typically up to thirty days. Those cookies are covered by the retailer’s and the network’s own cookie policies. We count the click per link as a plain number.
Banners
Banners on this site set no cookie. Our own count of views and clicks is kept on our server as a hash of your IP address and the date, not in your browser. When a banner image comes from the affiliate network’s server, that image request is handled under the network’s own cookie policy; we do not read or set anything for it.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies of our own, no social media pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting. The newsletter form sets nothing until you submit it.
Changing your choice
Open the “Manage consent” tab at the bottom of any page to accept or withdraw statistics at any time. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working, it just asks you again. Questions about cookies or your data: support[at]dsignrs.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what else we process and your rights.
