This privacy policy explains what personal data the DsignrS webshop (dsignrs.com) collects, why, and what your rights are. The data controller is S.M. Digital, reachable at support[at]dsignrs.com. Last updated: 23 June 2026.
What we collect
Orders: your name, shipping address, email address and order details, used to produce, ship and support your order. Payments: handled entirely by PayPal, which offers local payment methods (such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay and Google Pay) shown automatically based on your country. We never receive your payment credentials. Contact form: your name, email address and message. Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe. Technical: essential cookies that keep your cart and session working. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (through Google’s Site Kit plugin) to understand how visitors use the shop; you can accept or refuse these analytics cookies through our cookie banner and change your choice at any time. We do not run advertising or marketing trackers. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie in detail.
Why we may process your data
To perform our contract with you (orders, delivery, support), to comply with legal obligations (tax and bookkeeping), with your consent (newsletter), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the shop secure.
Who we share data with
Only what is needed, only to make the shop work: our hosting provider (Hostinger), our production and logistics partner (Printful Inc. and its delivery carriers) who receive your name and shipping address to produce and deliver your order, PayPal for payment processing (including any local method you choose, such as iDEAL or Bancontact, which PayPal processes on our behalf), Google (Google Analytics and Search Console, through the Site Kit plugin) for anonymous website statistics, and MailPoet for sending our newsletter. Some partners process data outside the European Economic Area; in those cases transfers are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for 7 years to meet Dutch bookkeeping obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing support[at]dsignrs.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
